Local Delivery - TEXAS

We offer FREE local delivery with the purchase of any installation package. If you are not purchasing an installation package from us, we can deliver your material for a fee. Contact the store at 214-799-5563 for delivery charges based on your zip code and weight of the product. We deliver into the garage for accessible driveway or on the curbside for rural areas.

We ship all over the United States.

When will my order be delivered?

Product delivery is based on stock availability. Once the product is available in stock, it ships out the following business day and the transit time is based on origin and destination zip codes. We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number once the product is picked up from origin.

How much will my delivery cost?

The cost of your delivery depends on the weight of product you order and the origin and destination zip codes. We work with brokers and will offer you the best shipping rate available at the time of order.

What you need to know

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery. This means that if you have ordered several products, some of which may not be in stock or ready for shipment, we will wait until your complete order is ready before dispatching it.

However, if your order includes products that will take longer for manufacturing (like custom made accessories), these will always be delivered at a later time for an additional fee (per your approval for a later shipment). We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Deliveries will be within the timescales mentioned above.

What to expect at delivery

Delivery will be to your curbside. Due to insurance guidelines we are unable to enter private residences. 
Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Deliveries will be within the timescales mentioned above. We request that you receive a call from the delivery company about 1 hour before delivery but nothing in guaranteed.

 Do I have to sign for delivery?

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.
