Return Policy

All non-stock products are NOT returnable. For in-stock products, in order to return it, it must be

within 3 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unopen and reseallable condition.  

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to purchase price.  

For tile, custom orders only, there is NO refund.  

For accessories, there are no returns, no exceptions.
