Return Policy
All non-stock products are NOT returnable. For in-stock products, in order to return it, it must be within 3 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unopen and reseallable condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to purchase price. For tile, customer orders only, there is NO refund. For accessories, there are no returns, no exceptions. NO RETURNS FOR ANY PRODUCTS ON SPECIAL.
Pricing
The product price on the website for laminate flooring is valid only with the purchase of installation package. If no installation is needed, the price is increased by $0.20 per square foot. The product price on the website for laminate flooring SPECIALS is valid only with the purchase of underlayment. If no underlayment is needed, the price is increased by $0.20 per square foot. The product price on the website for hardwood flooring is valid only with the purchase of adhesive and installation package. If no adhesive is needed, the price is increased by $0.20 per square foot. The product price on the website for accessories is valid only if you purchase the material from us. If you purchase the material from another vendor, please check with the store manager on pricing.
Warranties
Factory Direct Hardwood Liquidators offers no warranty on any product. All the warranties are from the manufacturer of the product. Factory Direct Hardwood Liquidators will help with you establishing a connection with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Installation services are managed by Factory Direct Hardwood Liquidators but installation warranty is provided by a third party and it is good for 1 year from the date the product is installed.
